IF YOU  PURCHASED A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PHYSICAL ITEM.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and creation. This processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via email.

Local Delivery:
At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup for safety reasons. However, local delivery may be available for a flat fee of $12 within a 10-mile radius, depending on your location. If eligible, we will reach out to coordinate delivery.
